Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.

Set up before it ships

Every instrument is taken out of its box and set up by hand on our bench in Athens, Tennessee before it ships. Because of this, instruments usually leave the shop within 1 to 3 business days. Strings and accessories usually ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times

After it ships, standard delivery takes 2 to 7 business days depending on destination. You receive a tracking number by email.

Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 states. Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

If something arrives damaged

Keep the box and packing, take photos, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
