Refund policy

Returns

You can return a new, unplayed item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Call us at (423) 462-1894 or use the contact form with your order number before sending anything back, and we will give you return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.

Items that cannot be returned

Strings, picks and other consumables that have been opened or used, and any instrument that has been modified or shows player wear, cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the box. We will replace it or refund you. New instruments also carry the manufacturer's warranty.
