Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund any amount charged. Product images are for illustration; wood grain, color and packaging vary from one instrument to the next.

Warranty

New instruments are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our setup is a service performed before shipping and does not change the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Accounts and conduct

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Picker's Friend Music or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
