The CD-60S is the acoustic Fender sells more of than any other, and it earns that. A solid spruce top with scalloped X bracing over mahogany back and sides gives it the warm, loud dreadnought sound, and the rolled fingerboard edges make the neck feel like a more expensive guitar.
The C shaped mahogany neck has a 12 inch radius walnut fingerboard and 20 frets on a 25.3 inch scale. Chrome die-cast tuners and a walnut bridge. It is the direct competitor to the Yamaha FG800J, and the two make a fair fight. We set it up before it ships.
