- Frets & hardware
- Tuned to pitch
The Squier Sonic Stratocaster HSS is a light, comfortable first electric. The thin poplar body and slim C-shaped maple neck are easy to handle, and the maple fingerboard has 21 narrow tall frets.
A humbucker at the bridge gives a thicker, louder sound for rock, while the single-coil middle and neck pickups keep the bright Strat chime. It has a 6-saddle tremolo bridge, sealed die-cast tuners and chrome hardware.
